I am Mrs. Latha, due to health problem my husband decided to quit his current job and looking some home based work. While looking the same we came to know that PRV InfoTech Erode Tamilnadu providing some home based jobs. We checked their website and they given some of their home based workers contact numbers and i contacted one of that and asked about company and their payments to home workers etc. That person told good about the company. So based on that we decided to join. So my husband applied his resignation and taken their (MS Word Typing Job (Plan 3)) in my name. I referred two of my friends also for this work. We got the project of 100 files and my file numbers starting from 15501 to 15600. My friends also taken the same project and when i ask them they also got the same files (File numbers 15501 to 15600). So our first doubt started here and i want to test the company. I did not inform these details to my friends, and just asked them to type as soon as. Mean time i finished my typing and checked all files and submitted for QC on 25.05.2016.
After 6 days waiting I got my QC report and they terminated my id. When I open my QC report I found that they have marked 36 errors like that within 32 files out of 100 files. Also I got shocked that whatever I typed correct words also they treated as a mistake. So end of the day what I got is nothing again but waste of 10 days time and lost my money and also my my husband's job.
My husband called Mr Karthik who is a sales manager at PRV Info Tech and told about the QC issue. He told he will check again and give the report by evening. Also we asked how they sending same files to multiple persons and how all of we will get payment if all are meet the minimum accuracy. For that he replied why should I bother about that and I will get payment if I meet minimum accuracy. By evening I got the new QC report and in that I found that now they have marked 29 errors like that within 66 files out of 100 files. Previously within 32 files they marked more than 80% but after my abjection they revised and now it is within 66 files they marked more than 55%.
Again I am not accepting this revised QC report because as per their terms and conditions they will deduct 5% for extra enter and there is no extra enter in my files. But they marked 6 nos of extra enter.
In my case they treated all extra text as extra enter. In their error calculation chart they clearly mentioned that TEXTMISSING/EXTRA TEXT 1% EACH. But in my my QC report all the missing text they marked 1% correctly for missing text, but all the extra text they marked 5% wrongly as extra enter instead of extra text. So it is clearly confirmed that they are doing it purposely and try to terminate the id’s in the possible ways.
So again I mail to them on 04/05/2016 regarding the extra text issue. This time they replied that EXTRA LETTERS ENTERED MEANS 5% IS REDUCED IN THEIR SIDE. FOR THEM EXTRA TEXT DENOTED AS, . ? I MEAN SYMBOLS ONLY. But they did not mention any where and not informed to anybody.
If they treated my extra text for 1 % deduction i will meet their minimum accuracy level and they have to pay me for my typing but they dont want to pay anyone and try to terminate the ids thats all.
Here i would like to tell about their accuracy calculation. After joining as per their advertisement we have to achieve a minimum target of 50.1% accuracy into our work. We will think that total words divided by 100. But don’t think that it is calculate by number of words but it is calculated by number of spelling and grammar mistakes. Take a example below
If our work is 100 pages X 800 words per page (Approx) = 80, 000 words total. So we might be thinking we have to type 41, 000 words correctly for meet their minimum accuracy level. But there is a hidden term, they calculate their accuracy rates on this way – total spelling mistake x 1% = accuracy rates. So if we type 50 spelling or grammar mistakes into our 80, 000 words then our accuracy will be 50 x 1 = 50% and our entire work will be cancelled and they terminate our id.
Actual their hidden calculation is like this
100 % = 80, 000 words
10% = 8, 000 words
1% = 800 words
0.5% = 400 words
0.1% = 80 words
0.05% = 40 words.
If we want to get payment, we should do only 0.01% mistakes. That means if we type 99.99% accuracy in whole 100 pages in 80, 000 words means only we will get payment of 50 per page. That means we can do spelling error in only 10 words out of 80, 000 words. If we are over confidence into our typing skills, still there is no chance to get paid from them.

Now i would like to tell about their project. This MS Word typing work is nothing but a scan copy of medical books or stories or some mathematical calculations only with non standard font. It is too hard to type as it is contain uncommon word hard to spell out.
If it is real scanned images means we should also consider that they have to submit to their clients with 100% accuracy to get their payment and if they got their payment from their client means only they will pay to us.
But what PRV Infotech outsourced to people is 100% fake projects only. We strongly confirms that it is not a scanned images and whatever they provided as a image is already typed material in MS Word only and it was just saved as a image and provided to us.
Here with I provided some proofs to your knowledge for confirm that it is not a scanned image.
For example file number 15501 and it is not a scanned image and it is fully already typed material and in this image file they combined two different type of contents. Up to first 21 lines they taken from (Formation and evolution of the Solar System) and after that it continues with (Normans - Ancestral Memories).
File number 15502 provided by PRV Info Tech and if you read the first three lines in the image you will understand that it was taken from Formation and evolution of the Solar System and after that if you read from fourth line you will understand that it was taken from Ethiopia and the Origin of Civilization.
Now file number 15503. This file they mix with three different type of contents. 1.Nasca_Overview_Zurich, 2. An Overview on Zoroastrianism - Parsi Khabar 3. Something about peru and EI nano.
I can able to give details about all 100 files and i have all the original source also taken from net and here it is not possible to attach that images.
So i request you to take the necessary action against them and get my money back. Also i request you to ban that company so they wont cheat anybody hereafter.
