I was travelling from satara to mumbai on 27th dec 2020, at khed shivapur toll plaza, my fastag was debited for the toll charges of rs. 95/- (screenshot attached), however i was asked to pay manually as the lady incharge said its not debited as i do not have balance which is false. After lot of argument and to avoid incoviencne to the other travellers i had paid the toll charges ( copy attached) . I am force to write about this particular incidece as this has happended twice, the last time i was charged doube toll charges as it was not reading and i was in FASTAG lane. However, all the other toll plaza's is working fine. I need to have refund of this toll charges as i believe its a fraudlent practice by the management of this toll plaza which many have been victims .
