PSPCL — Arrear of ED and octroi slapped

Sir, In previous bill I got deducted arrear sop but asked to deduct arrear of ED and octroi of Rs 300/- in next bill. Now I got deduction in sop but again slapped arrear of ED and octroi of 219 and 49 in P17RA520345L and 251 and 56 in P17RA520435M. My all previous bill are fully paid with all ED and octroi.
