PSPCL — bill amount and reading not correct from six months onwards

about six months reading on the bill and amount of the bill is not correct every month i have to visit office twice or thrice to crrect the same even i have change the meter three months ago but no relief tioll yet even i have complaint to exn the whole issue is in his knowledge but no vain i think nobody is here to solve my problem as i have change meter as they said ur previous meter was faulty please do the needful and urgent please notemy name and do name-surinder paul singh address 65 gujral nagar jalandhar city pin code-144001 meter no-J75GC420464N
