PSPCL — Change the name of motor connection and increase the load

Myself S. PARTAP SINGH S/O S. UTTAM SINGH vill- soodan, po- makhu, teh zira distt FEROZEPUR .punjab. i have puchased agriculure land and electricity connection AP11/1125K in village shahdeen wala from jeet singh S/O surain singh i had many times atleast above 5 times request for change name of connection and increase load to SDO 2 and RA sultanpur lodhi.and both officers denay my request due to the reason of corruption.i lost very precious time and wealth.both officers stay to same place from long period and they are harrase and misbehave to me i m handicapped and senior citizen.i can fullfill all the formalities and official fees.i want inqury againt both above officers and please chnage the electricity connection on my name and increase load 3 to 5.please contect to me on my add or my personal mobile no.-[protected] and [protected].
