PSPCL — Electricity bill deposited but receipt not receoved

Sir, I have deposited the bill of Rs 7690 dt 02.07.15 by online to billdesk.but I have not received the receipt of that bill. I enquiry on phone no.[protected] have clear that payment has been received and ask for receipt said to me contact to pspcl.
