PSPCL — excess amount of bill

My name is Sanjeev jain living in ludhiana. Account no.-E41IJ020155M Pspcl send bill of rs. Approx 70000. This amount is very high than our previous bills. We registered compLaint about in pspcl department kakowal road ludhiana but they are not taking action to resolve my problem. My Previous bills amount was just rs300-400. Please help me To resolve my problem.
