PSPCL — Harrasment by customer care

We have lodge complaint reagrding change of phase vide complaint no 18822241 dtd 10/07/2015 & [protected] dts 12/07/2015 but they closd my complaint nd then i reopened the same they called nd said ur conplaint has been forward to concern person but after 8 days problem still persist .No lineman has even come to residence .Is this is way to serve customer ? Kindly look into matter & take necesaary action
