PSPCL — i have compliant against GAIN CHAND, he works on INTERLOCK MACHINE 24 hrs. in residence area.

Respected sir, My name is Joginder Singh, B-X, House No. 15, Subhani Building, Rarri Mohalla, Gali No. 1, Ludhiana. I have requested that i lived here from 60yrs. with my family. Our area is residential, which is listed in corporation also. My neibhour Gain Chand (Address : B-X-18) is working on interlock machine 24 hrs. Due to this we can't sleep at night. These machine have very loud noice. so i requested to u, please take action and stop running machine at night.
