Hi,
I had paid my last month's electricity bill thorough PSPCL website online and online receipt was also generated as a confirmation of the payment. But, in my current month's bill, they have again added last month's bill as arrears.
I had gone to there bill desk and head office but no one is helping me out on this and just routing me to some other person.
Can you please help me out on this?
