PSPCL — low voltage supply

Sir plz note that we are facing low voltage problems all time. I already had raised a compaint and they have closed the compaint without rectiying the fault. I requested to JE Gursharn singh to set a new transformar near our home .. But they say cn't do it. Sir plz help us . our adress is vpo jhamke khurd teh & distt tarn taran.
