Sir I am resident of house No. 1126, Sunny Enclave, Extn-4, Kharar Sector 125, Mohali 140301 and last time I made a complain on[protected] that my meter having Contract A/c No.[protected] has stopped working and bill for the period from 16/12/2014 to 24/02/2015 was given on average reading and requested to change the meter immediately but nothing has been done. Again my bill from 24/02/15 to 25/04/15 is on average basis. I again request to please get the meter change immediately.
