Sir i paid bill for a/c no z74zs181000k in the name of baldeep kaur of zirakpur punjab division of amt: rs 6640/- dated: 17/12/2019 via online transaction bearing ref no[protected]
Payment has been debited from my account dated 17/12/2019 and credited to your a/c no. But receipt for the same has not been generated yet & its still stating unpaid. Please look into the matter reply me in revert mail

Helo sir,

My last electricity bill was Rs 14890 /- . But by mistake I have deposited Rs 1, 00, 000 in my electricity account [protected] on receipt no.[protected] . Now I want rest of the money to be refunded . Please advise me the solution .

I was submit the request for meter challenge due to my meter running very fast after one month they replace my meter but after replace the meter i received the bill which is too high as comsuption, then i visited on my near by office for the solution but they refuse for any type of help and said you should pay that bill as soon as possible.
