PSPCL — PSPCL NOT INSTALLING NEW METER

Respect Sir I am living in farm house and I have filled security in Pspcl on 21May 2015 for domestic use to take my connection from nearby line from my house just 20 to 30 meters away which is also govt line but Joint engineer Hardeep Singh abohar UP mandal 2 made forces me to take it from 328 meter long wire and to pay 52440 Rs more He sent me a registered letter letter with memo no 627 dated 10.6.15 pspcl abohar 2. please enquire into the matter and help me to take it from nearby line.
