no one in punjab government is hopefully going to look into this forum and resolve your issues. We should not keep any expectations from the sarkaari people that they bother abt citizens..! please pay it by visiting the window else they are going to charge u late bill fees too.

PSPCL is the worst website I have experienced so far. Please consult Chandigarh, Haryana or even Uttar Pardesh IT team for updation as theirs is far much better than punjab's.
