PSPCL — Unnecessary Sundry charges

Dear Sir,
My all previous bills are paid and cleared. But in this month of june I received a huge bill of Rs 41930/-. The bill had current bill of Rs 5430 and Rs 36, 500 as "Sundry charges" making it total of Rs 41930/-. Please look into the matter as my all previous bills are paid and cleared already.
