PSPCL — Voltage drop & 2 phases of light are not coming from last week

i have a 3phase connection . only 1 phase is coming from last week . and voltage is also droping ...i submit complaint 2-3 times.. but nobody came for resolving the complaint. 1st complaint no.1464245. 2nd complaint no.1481419. both complaints are marked with complaint resolved.. but nobody resolve this complaint... tell me what can i do ...
