PSPCL — Wrong bills since april 2015

My pspcl a / c no. Is h23gt230068m at hoshiarpur. Till march i had been receiving the correct bills and deposited all the bills intime.
On 19 / 04 / 2015, i received incorrect bill of rs. 8160 which i got rectified from hoshiarpur office and paid rs. 3310.
On 06 / 06 / 2015 again i received an incorrect bill of rs. 16030 which i got rectified and paid rs. 8971.
Now on 08 / 07 / 2015 i have received an incorrect bill of rs. 15650 which i have got rectified from your office and have been asked to pay
Rs. 8560. In this bill too there is current year arrear of rs. 7036.
Despite my repeated requests to the ra, my account is not been rectified and i have to undergo mental as well as physical harrasment every month. Please get my account rectified immediately.
