I Purchased Ptron Wireless Neckband From Amazom And After 4 Months I Started Facing Issue Of Charging. As Charging Last Long Only For 1 To 1.5 hrs. I Claim For Warranty. I Got Mail From Them To Post The product to their Place. The Claim Warranty That Prton Provides Is Not User Friendly And It is also Very Complicated. Even The Product I Got As Replacement Is Not Good It Has A Body Issue Of Ear Buds. PTRON should Work On Their Complaints And Should Improve The Warranty Service
