Hi,
On 04 Jan 2017, to purchase raw Gold from PNG Jewelers Pune shop asked me to pay 2% extra for debit card payment. When have checked it through net its seems an illegal money merchants asking from consumer.
I want to highlight this this to concern that merchant are asking consumer to pay extra on debit card payment. As per below website, they are suppose to bare the cost of swipe machine fee and should not charge customers for swipe transaction.
