[Resolved]  Pubg Mobile — money debited from account but uc not received

I have purchases uc of 380,
But i haven't get my uc in my account so please give my uc Or refund the money which I have spent for it..

UC not credited to my account after it got deducted Rs.420 from my account. Please do something.

My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed.I didn't receive my uc not did I got any refund.Please refund my money.
The transaction reference is IGAFFKZGE0.
I contacted in game customer support but haven't got a reply.
I also mailed pubg support and didn't get a reply.
Please solve the problem AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I purchased pubg uc of Rs 799 which cost me 724 because of google play credit on 21 jan 2019 .
But at last it showed purchase failed bud Rs 724 was deducted from bank account.
I used the method of net banking of state bank of india for purchasing.
Sir, it is a request if you would refund my money back .

You don't have to do anything it will be credited to your account within 45 days by itself.

But i have not recieved any uc.

I tried buying uc in pubg yesterday 10th june, through net banking using my sbi account but even though the money was deducted from my account.There ws no uc in my pubg account.

The message i got was

It was done via SBI netbanking. I sent a message to the Tencent team through my PUBG in-game report platform but didnt get any response. I have attached a screenshot of my transaction. My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed.I didn't receive my uc not did I got any refund.Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.
