I bought in-game purchase in pubg mobile game of ₹420... My money was deposited from bank but didn't get my uc...
Messaged many times in costomer care department but failed to get any reply... Many times pubg doesn't reply at all during any mistake from its side... Keeps on doing the same mistake again and again
Tried so many times in help centre of pubg mobile but no use
Either give me my money back or my uc

I made a in app purchase in Pub G mobile of Rs. 799 via net banking but my UC points are not credited. I have tried in game support and email support as well but they are not reply me at all.

I request you to please help me with this. I want the refund of my amount which has been deducted or either credit the UC points.
