Pubg Mobile — purchasing uc

I purchased 600+60 uc ingame which costs 799 and for some reason the money got deducted from my bank account to times of money limited but i didnt receive the uc..
Please refund it or give me the uc
My in game nick is devil shbhm
It doesn't even show up in the google pay order history but the money got deducted from my bank account
The customer care isn't responding
Please do help

Hii sir... I bought uc cash from pubg... But i didn't receive uc but the amount ₹420 is debited from my account... I was shocked... I hope please return my cash or give me uc

21 march 2019 i made purchase in pubg mobile accidentally of rs 7900rs uc cash pack
But i want refund no one can help
Google.play saying contact to app devloper and app developer said contact to google.play
Plz help me
