Pubg — money got debited from my account but did not receive uc

I purchased a UC pack of worth Rs. 420 which I got for Rs. 345 for 1st purchase . After completing my payment through SBI net banking i returned back to game which showed an error . I found that i did not receive UC after my purchase even after money got deducted from my bank account .
I am providing my payment details for your reference .
I want my UC or a refund asap .
