[Resolved] Pubg — uc didn't get after payment

I was purchased 600+60 uc worth rs 799/- on dated 28/03/2019. But uc not recive after payment. I tried twice for purchasing and both times it got failed and money got deducted twice. I was payment from state bank of india via internet banking. I have attached the screenshot of my transections from my internet banking.

Bank massage:-

1. Thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For transaction of rs. 150.0 from a/c ending 3119 to freecharge.in on 21-mar-19 at 16:28 is igafrqqgv2. My player id is - i was purchased 600+60 uc that price 799/- for upgrade royalpass. So i was online transaction & money was debited of my account to Times of money limited but no added any uc to my player account. Give Transaction details below

i bought Pubg credits worth 799/- rupees using net banking money was deducted in my account but uc was not added in my pubg account and i have a screen shorts and proofs so could you please slove My problem ASAP and i am adding all Proofs below i hope i get Fast responce on my complaint and i want my refund.
