We are the distributors of a leading german product which is being distributed to allover tamilnadu,maximum thro KPN service.When it was
under VN road control we never had any problem in getting material on time.In recent days lot mess in your operation,which creates problem with
our customers.The reason we prefer KPN for prompt and faster service which is not happening from your end nowadays.Getting communication
whit your Mr. Nadana sabapathy or Mrs. Uma who head the operation from salem is the toughest one.We have not mentioned any particular issues
because we have lot many with us on your service.We would like to convey that we are using KPN service regularly atleast not less than nine years.
Presently we fedup with your service,and the reply what we are getting from your staffs.We also like to convey that from Bangalore we despatch atleast
20 route delivery thro KPN daily.We request you to take up this issue and touch with us urgently enabling us to decide wheather we can continue or not
