[Resolved]  G.S.R.T.C — Refund of E-ticket amount

Respected sir/madam,
With due respect, this is to inform you, PNR No. G3448368, Journey dt. 08/11/2012 from Bapunagar to Savarkundla time 4:40 am from bapunagar. Bus no. 5809 of savarkundla depot, driver no. 101, conductor no. 363. Trip code: 0440BPNGRSKDG47. Ticket amount. RS. 973/-

I, Mr. Bhautik G Patel, had booked 07 seats from Ahmedabad to Savarkundla for the dt. 08/11/2012, departing at 05:00 hrs from Ahmedabad. through E-ticket reservation voucher under G.S.R.T.C on the dt. 06/11/2012 at 19:17 copy of E-ticket is enclosed here. on the date 08/11/2012 at morning at 04:35 hrs we all passenger gone bapunager bus station for pickup that bus. there we found above mentioned bus & i talk to driver i have 7 seat reserved in this bus. but driver told me in this bus i no have any 7seat reserve so, you look another (next bus for savarkundla) bus & he drive bus from station. there after i got another bus for savarkundla & talk with conductor about my reservation seat, he checked my ticket and he told me sorry your ticket not valid in this bus because your bus was gone 4.40 am. but 4.40 am one bus no.is 5809 and that driver told me your bus is next one and he drives bus from there.
so, due to the mistake of driver no. 101 of bus no. 5809 (mentioned above) we are all passenger had missed the same bus for which ticket was booked further, we suffered a lot and had to journeyer by another bus for savarkundla and purchased another tickets, which is enclosed here.
so, kindly look in to the matter and do needful to get refund of the E-ticket voucher.
