I had placed an order for ₹1794.
The amount has been debited from my account and I contacted my bank and they informed that the receipient has received the amount, however I have not got the order confirmation from you guys. Customer care staff are saying that there are no details available?? Where is my order? PLEASE DELIVER THE PRODUCT OR ISSUE A REFUND ASAP.
