Puma — damage of sandals with in 6 days

Address: Lblock mens hostel,vellore institute of technology katpadi, 632014

I bought puma sandals from flipkart online store and after 6 days the sandals was broken when i asked them they said we cant replace your product and said to contact this was my second complaint i am registering i didnt get any response from the company so please respond me i want the solution for my product how come puma giving this type of products
