I purchased for my kid a shoes 4 months back and he didnt use it more than 10 times. A manufacturing defect took place and it is completely not related with usage. When i got back to the vendor (Puma-Mall of Egypt). They said they will get back to administration and feedback. The day after they said case is refused because it was purchased more than one month ago and they only cover manufacturing defects within one month. I already purchased another shoes and it is heavily used without experiencing this kind of defects!. I paid 1000 for nothing and they refused to replace it.
