Punbus / Punjab Roadways — behaviour of bus conductor

On 3 Aug 2018 i was travelling from Jalandhar to Amritsar. I requestes the conductor to let me get down prior to Tara wala pul. Ut he refused since there is no bus stand there. I requested him again since my wife was waiting there to pick me up. On this conductor became aggressive ans used abisive languge. However the driver stopped the bus and let me get down but i was stunned by the behaviour of the conductor. I am serving in BSF and presently posted in Jammu. I never expected that kind of behaviour from the bus conductor when i am being polite to him and requesting him for help... sir i therefore request that please enquire into the matter at your own leavel and please take strict action against the conductor ... i don't remember the details of the bus but i am attaching the picture of the ticked i travelled on..

Bus no 742 start from Chandigarh to Jalandhar at about 7:40 am today on 13th. It halt for tea etc at Ropar at about 9:00 am. Just after one hour travel why this halt to waste time. After long journey, a break may be needed. But after such a small distance no halt should be permitted and action be taken, if someone does it
