Some bus conducters roudly behave with students who possess bus pass.kindly give strict instructions to conducters, they also pay money in advance and they are not baggers.

I have waited from 5:05am at bus stand Sarhali khurd, your bus passed at7:24 am, but your driver does not stopped the bus (six passenger were waiting at that time)
Due to this i have missed next bus
Kindly take strict action against driver to improve passenger strength in your buses or stop the buses
