Punbus / Punjab Roadways — Bus conductor Not accepting aadhar card and misbehaving

Today 13/07/2022 (2:30Pm) I am traveling from Jalandhar to chandigarh by bus bus no pb46M8908
conductor didn't accept my aadhar card he said that wife of wala chlega daughter of wala nai chalega few months ago I got married and my aadhar card not updated due to some issues thatswhy I am using my same adhar card nd I am not aware of it. But he is very rude with me please strict action against him thnks
