I am traveling by PRTC bus number 9965. From Chandigarh to Kullu Dated 27 October 2016 bus timing from Chandigarh 7:00am. Conductor misbehaved with me because of my bag lying on floor and he kicked the bag without any reason. So I request you please take necessary action against him or I will file a consumer complaint against prtc.

Updated by Sonusnr Bus number is PB12 Q 9963. Please note that it's not only my lying on the bus floor, there was many bages lying on the floor.

Sir I had come from Ludhiana to sirhind on[protected]. On punbus departure from Ludhiana at 6.50 pm appx. But the conductor didn't stop at sirhind.and left me on over bridge.sirhind is a very sacred place for us.and every bus has a stoppage
Conductor is busy with gossiping a Lady in a front seat.
