I booked Tickets From Chandigarh To Delhi on 16-Jun-2017 for 3 passengers for Which I Paid Rs. 1767. (PNR-PNR:[protected] Booked at 12.30 Pm.
But due to sudden Change In plan I Cancelled the ticket after 1 hour(Time of Cancellation - 1.30 Pm) & as per their policy for Cancellation made before 4-8 Hours before the Journey Time, Only 20rs per ticket to be deducted.
But I Had not received any refund from them.
I mailed so many times to them but there was no response at all.

The conductor of bus no.PB32G1605 said that the will not going to Abohar but there is plate of Abohar -Ganganagar .they just ignore the students and they neglect the students
