Punbus / Punjab Roadways — no ticket issue after taking the fare

Studying in hoshiarpur city.
Today i travelled by a punbus from hoshiarpur to hariana town but the conductor of pun bus haven't issued ticket
After taking full fare of rs. 20 from me. I want an immediate action upon him.

Timing 3:20 pm from hoshiarpur to dasuya
I have mentioned all the information about the bus and the complaint. So that there should be no issue in solving the problem.
