Punbus / Punjab Roadways — Rash driving putting a riosk to two wheel driver

I am a doctor & travel to my hospital on two wheeler. Today, I was on the verger of getting hit by above mentioed Punjab Roadways bus. I had given a right turn indicator well in advance & was about to turn right, when I noticed in my rear view mirror, that the above bus was about to overtake me from the right. The bus just stopped behind me, the gap must be 1-2 feet only. I somehow crossed the road & stopped my activa. I told the driven that his act of driving could seriously hurt me, he then got abusive & started to argue.
Such rash driver should be dismissed from service. The are threat to others on road. I am attaching the pic, you can clearly see that the bus is on the opposite lane
