Punbus / Punjab Roadways — refund against tickets cancelled

My name is Jaskirat Singh and my contact no is [protected] Bus tickets no[protected] is booking Amritsar to Chandigarh seat no 9 and rs 594 . I booked ticket on 15 july at 12:30pm from amritsar to chandigarh. But today at beas bus faced engine failure due to which i was not able to reach chandigarh today and faced lot of issues. So it’s a request to please refund my money at my account. I will be highly thankful to you.
