I am a senior citizen women. When i travel amritsar to atari by punjab roadways, i demand a senior citizen cocessional ticket with produces a valid i card of senior citizen to cunductor, but he refused to give concessional ticket. Take full fare to me and give me full ticket instead of half ticket. Please take necessary action against him and send me the final decision of department. My contact no [protected]. [protected].
