Sir on 03/04/18 i took the bus number pb 12p 3872 from jalandhar to anandpur sahib after waiting whole night due to strike. But bus conductor and driver told me get down as bus will not stop at anandpur sahib stop. Which is illegal and is not acceptable as your institute is public service. Plz reply back taken action against accused responsible. Plz also inform me that there is no stop of that bus at anandpur sahib. Your action will make trust in people of punjab.

But bus conductor and driver told me get down as bus will not stop at ANANDPUR sahib stop. Which is illegal and is not acceptable as your institute is public service.
