Punbus / Punjab Roadways — Timings not as per schedule and A/c

Punbus volvo has no timings for its destination and even though paying so much charges for volvo.. We are not getting any A/c services as well as no television services.
This bus don't run as per the scheduled timings.
Moreover driver and conductor both are least concerned about this issue.
A quick action is required to be taken against it. This is the worst bus i am traveling in.
