Pune Auto Rickshaw — Cursed badly for 8 rupees

I am saee, a 19 year old girl . I took a ride to go to prabhat road . 92₹ showed on the meter when I reached the designation. I gave him a 100 rs note and told him to give me 8 rs back . He said he didnt have the money and told me to leave the riksha . I asked whether he had google pay . He said no even tho I saw the app on his phone when he opened the phone and told me to leave . I said I will give you 92 rs and to wait for 2 minutes . I called my family to bring 92 rs downstairs where I was . Then he started complaining it aggressively about how he has to wait and said just give 100 rs and go off . I said no then he started accusing me and cursing badly. I said just wait for 5 minutes but he again started cursing me in a very vulgar language . Then I took the photo of his number plate and told him I will go to the police . Then he took a photo of me and told me "now you see ". After my family member came down and told the riksha driver to leave . I request you to take serious actions against him .
