Pune Electronics — Selling old stocks

First of all they showed me new model of the fridge in their showroom but while delivering the item they sent old stock and old model and when i complained they refused to return it, saying there is no much difference between new and old model, and second thing they converted my transaction into EMI saying there will be no charges, zero interest but now when i checked my card statement there is interest charged. Its a cheating by making false promises.
