I ordered a cake and some flowers to be delivered to my friend on 15th August. received a mail confirming my order and i paid thru net banking and i have details of the payment done too

It has not been delivered and when I called up, the first time a lady picked up the call and asked me to call again as she would check. after that my call hasn't been picked up.

When i checked on facebook, there site has lots...

I have booked a gift item chocolate to delivery in pune (same day delivery), but after booking a person called name Mr. arindam Choudhary that this item can not be delivered same day as this is chocolate, I ask him then why booking done and please show where it is written in your site, but he is having no answer and continuously he is arguing with me to change the gift item for same day delivery otherwise it will deliver after 3 days.also...
