Sub - building completion certificate.
I shivayya m. Hiremath. S. No-233/b. Plt no-12,
Sanjaya park pune - 411032.
I had purchased flat in 2002 at sanjaya park pune -411032
From builder
Sudhir tukaram rokade
Rokade contruction. S. No-233/b, plt no-12
Sanjaya park
Pune -411032.
Previously calling reshni hts and now calling rushab apts. Totaly 11 flats& 9 commercial shops
Complaint detail
1) still builder not completing building construction,
1) no compound
2) no water & drainage system properly
3) no parking fascility.
4) no deed of apartment cerificate handover to ours.
5) no society and no maintenance.
Last 15 yrs gone we are facing more problem, the builder very worst man. Many times we have informed to pmc, but no action on builder.
Now i didnot know what is the time period of builder to complete the building, there any rules in indian law for all builders.
Why corporatin not any action taking on this builders. Now we need building completion certificate for selling of my flat.
So kindly take any action on this builder.
