Pune Traffic Police — no having any evidence about me not wearing helmet and i have got fine on my vehicle

Incorrect e-challan (Pnccc[protected])
Sir/madam,

I have received an e-challan no. (Pnccc[protected]) for vehicle mh12ms1949.
Thereis no evidence images which are available online on e-challan site, i got a message on my mobile no around 4:30 pm from 4-5 pm i had parked my vehicle near arora towers, camp
Can you please redirect the challan to the correct owner of the vehicle and remove the e-challan appearing against my name.
