Pune Traffic Police — wrongly charged challan on my vehicle

Respected sir/madam,
I received the message of e-challan no. Pnccm[protected] on 7.12pm dt. 24 february 2019, i was not even driving at the time as i was at home.

I haven't violate any traffic rule, i received only sms of e-challan of police manual violation. There are no attachments of evidence too., i received the message of challan i was not even driving at the time. There are no attachments of evidence hence request you to kindly consider this matter.

I would surely pay fine if i m wrong, but why should i, if i havent done anything wrong? So its my request to please remove the fine which charged unreasonable on my vehicle mh12 cz 3675 as wrongly charge.
