Pune Traffic Police — wrongly charged/sending me e challan for using mobile phone while driving (pmc cm[protected])

I have been wrongly charged fine for inr 200/- by sending me e challan for using mobile phone while driving.

You know one interesting fact about it is that, violation time is 3rd may 2019, time 19:03, where my vehicle is parked in office parking and still working in office till i write this complaint. Vehicle no. Mh14gv0363, challan no. Pmccm[protected]

So, cancel this challan.

And last part, i hate talking over phone while driving.
