I have paid the annual subscription for tata sky Supreme Sports Kids + Ten Sports. In this connection, an amount of Rs.4, 000- was paid by me in 1st week of June say 4-6th June, 2015. As per your representative the Annual cost of Supreme Sports Kids = Rs.3, 740- and Annual Cost of Ten Sports = Rs.495- Total of which comes to Rs.4, 235- and your customer care officer informed that there was a shortage of Rs.234- and the same was also deposited by me immediately. I had deposited total amount of Rs.4, 234- for Supreme Sports Kids + Ten Sports (Annual Subscription). I had made number of calls to Dis-continue my 2nd TV and in this connection, I was informed that some amount has been reimbursed and credited to my account. Now, your representative says that the 2nd TV connection was not disconnection, however, they confirm that my request for disconnection is on your records. It is very surprising that whey the request is already on your records and amount has for already been refunded for the balance period, they who they can say that the same is not implemented.???
I have been informed that whatever the balance was in my account it had been adjusted toward the 2nd TV connection and hence Ten Sports channel has been d-activated. I had talked to your representative number of times, they charge the Ten Sports Channel and 2 days or so and they again they disconnect.
My request is that when I had made the full payment for the 12 months for Supreme Sports Kids + Ten Sports i.e. Rs.4, 234- I should get the full services for the 12 months.
I also request you that whatever the amount had been adjusted towards 2nd TV connection, which was discontinued in March 2015, may be refunded and credited to my account.
