my name is ram kumar bansal.i m from mandi dabwali .i am taking punjab kesari news paper from Vijay wadera . i am reading news paper about 45 years .but now one problem is come that they take more money then the actual rate.when i will say that this is worng .They will stop my news paper .please take a action .they will take 110 rupees
